Asdas Madras Sauce in a jar

I have a jar of this in the cupboard and as I loooove madras and would hate it to go to waste completely I'm hoping to use it and syn it.

Does anyone have any idea how many syns in a jar?

Last time I was on sw I used Pataks. I used to freeze x amount of syns worth of their madras sauce in little freezer bags Really worked for me.

The 570g jar is 20 syns. It says that the good for you can of beef madras is 2.5 syns on red, so maybe you could try that sometime x

Thats great, thanks! I think I'll weigh out some sauce like I used to and then I can have it on the side with chicken and sw chips. Yay x x
