hiya, i'm kat, thought i would join you all as i started out 10 days ago but figured i could do with some extra support etc, so here i am
i'm from the uk but living in germany as hubby is in the army. got 3 kiddies, 2 girls and a baby boy. and not forgetting my mad dog stella.

Hi and welcome. Have you worked out how many calories you are having each day and writing down everything you have. Also up your exercise and good luck
