Hay guys
Thought it might be a good idea for me to start a food diary here so i can note down my daily intake.
I have been on the SF diet for 20 days now, wooot!!! I have lost 11.5lbs so far and have been
pretty good on the diet, though yesterday i had a real pig out and am blaming it on my TOTM. To be honest what i had yesterday kind of scared me because its so easy to over eat and i dont want to fall off the wagon like that again.
Just so you can all see what i consumed i will note it here:
10am SF shake
12pm - was cooking the sausages for kids dinner when they smelt so yummy i had to have one in a slice of bead
2pm - SF shake
3pm - jelly
5pm - Pasta dinner of about 400cals
7pm - was starving so had 3 sausages and 2 slices of bread
Oh and a skiny cow hot chocolate with 4 biscuits.
After a long hot bath and a sulk at what i had done i decided that ok iv let myself down but i have been very good so far and i pledged to do some wii fit the following day, which i have done
So now im going to stay on track with a daily food update and also some random posts when im feeling hungry.
I hope to really stick to this diet because i have alot of weight to lose but i am taking it 2 stone at a time. My weigh-ins will be every Monday, next weigh in on 26th Jan.
