Food shopping on SW - the basics?

I am returning to SW on Thursday but want to get some foods in ready tomorrow afternoon as this is the only opportunity I have to go food shopping until the weekend!!

What would you say are the "basics" or best foods I need to get started?
 
potatos
pasta
tinned tomatos
baked beans
eggs
VLF yoghurts eg Mullerlites
Vegetables whatever you fancy
if your planning on red days some lovely bacon & chops
cottage cheese
Nimble or WW bread

Cant think of anything else my brain is fried hope this helps though xx
 
Chicken (free on a Red Day)
Bananas
Oranges
Apples
Grapefruit
Melon
Pear
Spices to make your food more interesting.
Sweetner (not so bad if you like sugar in tea/coffee on cereal etc)
 
I would pick up a couple of packets of convenience foods like f/f supernoodles, batchelors savoury rice, pasta n sauce or mugshot noodles. Always handy if you ar planning a green day.
 
Also weetabix or cereal for breakfast. I have weetabix cos its easy and you just have to take 2 from the box, no weighing needed
 
Strawberries (Free and speedy)
Kiwis (Free and speedy)
Perhaps some low fat dressing/sauce
Lean mince (free on a red)
Quorn mince, sausages, etc (Free on both)

super noodles
chicken
tuna
potatoes
low fat salad cream
fry light
muller lights
highlights
pasata
quorn sausages
wholemeal bread

eggs
onion
peppers
