i have 700g lean mince which im going to make into a spag bol and freeze a couple of portions, how do i syn the mince for both red and green days? i do mostly green days so would like to adapt it to them Thanks in advance'

if you use it as a HE on green you are allowed 85g of extra lean mince
if you are using as syns
per 28g raw
extra lean 2 syns
lean 2.5 syns
std 4 syns
On a red day
only the extra lean is syn free
lean =0.5 per 28g
std= 2.0 per 28g
