Apart from my desire to stuff my face, I have been trying to thing about how, once I've lost my weight, that I am going to manage my diet.
I have been thinking of the meals i make or am currently making for the family and thinking how I am going to make my eating habits much better, like going without the garlic bread with veggie lasagna, making sure I have a bowl of bran flakes for breakfast infact having any breakfast as I used to often miss it, and treating norty food as a real treat and not an everyday ormal thing.
All good i guess towards keeping the weight off for good!
Making more home made soup and veggie curries, spag bol using quorn and with rice or pasta....I guess we all know this...we had plenty of practice doing the norty stuff!
