Pork Bacon and apple loaf

We have started a thing at class where out consultant brings in a red and green recipie every 2 weeks and we try to make one and then talk about it, and this is one this week which i have just made (It's in the oven)

I was just wondering if anyone has had it before????:)
 
Hi Jolene,

We were given them at Weds class. Someone there makes it quite a bit and recommends pouring the fat off before leaving it to cool.

Yes, the sheet with the pasta at the bottom - although I am thoroughly ashamed to admit i had forgotten all about it and had left it in my bag. I only remembered when I saw your post. oooops!!
