Hiya can i please join the group?
i got my forms signed today by gp and i start CD tomorrow. been fetched all my shakes and soups so im all set to go!

what can i expect the first week?
any advice greatly accepted..

Expect the odd headache. Keep glugging the water over the first few days. Once the first week is over, it's much easier. Stay determined, and keep focused!

i didnt really have any problems my first week, if you dont cheat, only have your 3 CD, and drink plenty of water,you will be fine Good Luck
