Total 0% Fat Free Greek Yougurt

First time using the syn calculator but I don't think I have it right as it says on a red day it's free BUT on a green day it's 4 syns?

Does anyone know if thats true.

Directory says Total greek yogurt 0% is free on both days. Hope this helps. xxx
