What were your first week losses?

I am on my first week (2nd Day) and i am curious as to what your first week losses were, especially men

Thanks and i look forward to seeing what you guys lost :)
 
the first time i went i lost 9 and a half pounds,doing red and green days and loadsa exercise, this time i lost 3lbs and no exercise

Good luck with your first week. My first weigh in yeilded a 4.5lb loss.
I am now on my 20th week and edging up to the three stone mark...

It really works! Keep at it!
 
I lost 3 and a half my first week this time round, but last time (about 10 years ago) I lost 7 in my first week.

Not so much this time I think because I was already having skimmed milk, no butter, diet drinks etc. But my weight loss has been good and steady since I started in October
 
I lost 5lbs my first week, which I was chuffed to bits with. I've never lost as much in one go since, but have been a steady 1-2lb gal (ignoring christmas!)
I have 2½ stone to lose.

I lost 5 1/2 pounds last year when I joined. I rejoined last week and have lost 5 1/2 this time too, which I'm very pleased about.
 
6lb first time round, 8lb when i rejoined, then 4lb my first week back after Christmas (which was another re join after a break!) x
 
I lost 6lb in my first week.

I haven't really had that many HUGE losses, although I regularly loose 2-4lbs, I'm not one of those people who manage 6-7lb losses.

Slow but steady wins the race! I could have lost much quicker but I use flexible syns fortnightly or so, and go through about 80 syns on a night out when I do! Those weeks, I only loose 1lb or so.

Loosing 3lb a week and 4lb every now and again, achievable for most men, is a stone a month: a realistic target on SW for a bloke with quite a bit to loose.
 
I think it all depends on how much you have to loose. I lost 3lbs in my first week but other people have had huge losses - a man in my group who has quite a lot to loose did 13lbs in his first week. Good Luck!!
 
Well done to all who have posted so far, so who else is going to share with us?
 
I lost 4.5 lbs my first week. When I was in my 20's (in the mists of time!) I would lose 7lbs, but that entailed very little food!800 cal diets were the rage then! I must say that SW actually gives me the most consistent and best losses I've ever had, and I'm never hungry. What I need to do now is keep going!
