weighed myself this morning and I am EIGHT, yes EIGHT pounds down.

Hi, I've been on it since Monday - day 5 today. Really pleased.

Hi

I have a bar for breakfast and a shake at lunch (or soup).

My snacks are a tuna salad (tuna, tomatos, cucumber, celery etc) which i put into sandwich box and just snack on it when hungry.

For my evening meal i have been having either salmon, chicken breast or turkey. Stir fried with veggies or with a large salad.

I drink lots of water, always have - probably 2 1/2 litres.

And I do exercise, lots of dog walking plus go to a class at the gym 3 times a week - but again have always exercised.
