Muller Light layered fruit?

Sorry about this post! I know it adds to the 100 others about Syns in Muller yogurts. I'm confused because a lot of people seem to think they are free, however some people seem to think they have 2 or 3 Syns in them.

So, for a green day.
How many Syns do the pots of Muller light layered fruit have in them?

Here's a pic just incase you're unsure;

I'm in a rush to have a shower and stuff, so don't have time for rooting through the boards or googling!

Thanks x

Hi, According to the food directory....
Mullerlight Layers yoghurt, all varieties, 175g pot 1.5 syns on any day.

Hope this is the one you mean! :D

Layered fruits do have syns but that picture just looked like the ordinary Muller Light yoghurts which are free regardless of what day you are on. It will say 'Layered' or 'Underlayered' on the pot for the ones that have syns like the new Choc & Cherry ones.

Choc and Cherry has syns? Okay, what about the other chocolate ones - vanilla and orange?

Hiya - just new to this forum but hopefully can help - the Mullerlight chocolate / vanilla and the choclaote / orange are both free...mmmmmmm

thanks. I bought a chocolate multipack so will just have to count the syns for the layered ones

Hmmmm.....I was told last night by my consultant (as we were talking about them) they are 2.5, but the chocolate sprinkle ones are free.....I thought the cherry layer ones are free, but apparantly not. Also...annoying they come in a multi-pack with others.

That was frustrating. The only multi packs they had were the chocolate ones and peach and pineapple ones (I don't like pineapple yoghurts) :(

Just a clarification please.
I know the choc, cherry muller is synned and that clearly says on the lid that it is under layered.

How do I know what is layered as I have always classed muller light as free, with the exception of the choc cherry?

The one in the picture above is not layered as far as I know as it's not written or is it?

The layered ones have a layer of pureed fruit that you can see through the tub, whereas the normal ones are just yogurt all the way through.

They also say LAYERED on the packaging. have a look at this link.

They look lovely

Thank you ladyraven!
I was worried thinking I ate dozens of mullers that were synned while thinking they were free!
