I agree LS, that's a big part of it too.
I can honestly say that now, I wouldn't want to try and make a muffin, or crisps anyway, as I don't care about having those things anymore.
But I understand how it could help in the beginning.
I just know that when I heard "make a choc shake into a muffin" I thought it would come out like, well, a real choc muffin.
To open the microwave door to a pasty coloured blob of what looked like rubber was disspointing, no where near as tasty as the choc shake, and pretty nasty to eat too.
Perhaps I made it wrong though, over-cooked it or something?
