Thanks Lily, & Nimi for asking the question! I have the same concerns but not as urgent as still on SS. Knowing we can have chick peas & lentils is great... my book doesn't mention them. Thanks for the link, really helpful. How are you finding things Nimi? Not easy to eat high protein/low carb as a veggie! Does anyone know if we could have a boiled or poached egg at any point on the plans? (Guess what I've been craving... sad, huh?!)
