Scrambled eggs (almost syn free) red & green

I'd posted this reply earlier but thought I should put it in the recipes section.

I found a Delia Smith Slimmers Scrambled eggs which is almost free. Put a desert spoon of milk in pan, heat and swirl round, add to beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper and scramble till almost done then stir in a desert spoon of quark. I was sceptical as I like mine made with butter and cream but I have to say these were as good!!

Sounds good. I make mine 'free', either by using a dash of water instead of milk, OR by adding a little Quark, OR fromage frais, or, when feeling indulgent, use eggs, a touch of water, and a laughing cow or two ;-)

I've just made these, with quark AND 2 triangles of laughing cow extra light. Yummy!
