Weight Loss On SS+ (Sole Source Plus)

Hi Peeps,

Does anyone know what the weight losses are on the SS+ diet? 3 Shakes and 200 cal white/green meal?

I have attempted SS and just keep messing up and keep binge eating. I need a little motivation. I have decided to do the SS+ plan to see if this will help me focus and actually stick to the plan for a few months, I need to loose approx 3.5 - 4 stones.

Please advise? :wave_cry:

I lose between 2-3 pounds a week on SS+

Hi I've been doing SS+ and lost 7lbs in my first week. Into my 2nd week now so not sure how well I will do next week. I'll keep you posted.

It's very similar to SS and certainly much faster than SSing + bingeing.

If you did lose 3.5lbs on SS, it would be about 3.lbs on SS+ though most people see even less of a difference.
