Many thanks for your e-mail, all the information for Extra Easy will be available on the website very soon including the Extra Easy food diary (towards the end of January, early February). In the meantime, you may find it easier to record your food diary on paper which can be printed from the website.

You can record extra easy on the food diary pages now. The diary pages are much better than they were a few months ago when I first started!

Bit of a cheek you have to wait so long considering you pay a subscription the same as those of us who go to class, but at least you know it will be sorted soon
