Made a silly error

I was doing really well on SW but for some reason panicked about portion control and for some reason told myself I would be better swapping to Rosemary Conley as you got an exercise class too.
Anyway the long shot is, I have been permanently hungry since I started and regret swapping over.
I will now go back to SW, considering I lost 11lbs in 2 weeks, it obviously works and will stop myself having stupid thoughts again.
This board is the most motivating and supportive and I am glad to be back.
Oh and whilst on my week of RC I only lost 2lb :(
 
welcome back,i am new to SW but it does seem to work from what I can gather from all the positive posts and it is so great to chat with others that are doing it too.

Welcome back xx If you try and build some exercise in to your daily routine I'm sure it is better than once a week at RC.

If the weather is grotty and everyone is out, I get a book and read it while walking around the house.
 
Well i don't want to knock RC cos i know it works. I say stay with what works for you. You did an experiment and the results where tht SW is better for you. Not a mistake to try it out as now you know. Good luck with your continued weight loss

Im kind of doing both but the RC woman knows as I am going along to RC with 2 friends for support (they would never have gone if I didnt go) but I am following SW because i know it works for me and RC doesnt

she isnt bothered because I pay my cash and do the exercise class and I dont get included on any of the competitions etc as she knows im not following the RC plan i just use it as a way of getting some exercise and it makes my friends carry on going

dunno if all RC women would be this good about it but at the end of the day were all trying to achieve the same goal
