Can anyone advise me the number of points in a salmon fillet please? Not cooking it in any butter so is just the salmon! Thanks very much x

Mmm love salmon!

1 medium fillet (115g) is 3.5 points. If yours are different weight let me know and I'll check on the site

Thought i would treat myself. Going to have it with home made potato wedges! Am i right in thinking that a 100g of pots is 1 point?
