I am stealing this quote of my bank of Ireland calendar. I think its good. It doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you don't stop !!!I was 7 weeks on lipotrim and stopped for two weeks now am back on again...............I haven't stopped and won't stop until I read my goal.
