hi iv just done a test along with someone ellse who is also doing cd and mine went dark pink and his went light pink r these ok

on the pot of ketostix it tells you what thew colours mean hang on a sec off to bathroom to get mine.

OK, the sort of flesh colour you get in crayons like the background to this site is negative. Any other colour is positive pale pink and medium pink are perfect. The darker the colour i.e changing to purple could indicate you are dehydrated and almost purply black is REALLY dangerour. You need to aim for pale to medium pink. Hope you are not colour blind!!!!
