hello again lol

hello, not been on here for ages been through some tough ersonal stuff etc etc lol. Have tried every diet going lost oads of weight on LL but have put most back on again and am going back to the old faithful slimming world again. Am joining a club tonight and hopefully can get my head bak into it again. Will let you know how it goes and look forward to getting to know you all better i think i will beusing this site again alot as its gr8 to make friends and get support. xxxxxxxxxx
