Hi

On Week 1 Day 6 but just been on Spin bike

45 mins of light intensity
Nice mild sweat on
70% of Max heart rate
310 cals

feel great
Going to just keep it light for first few weeks as dont want to burm muscle instead of fat

Well Done DeckingJim just remember to listen to your body, if you feel tired then relax a little but so far you sound to be doing amazingly!! Just imagine the weight loss in store for you!
