Hello to you all!

Have been looked at this forum for a while for support but have never joined a forum before, am using my lunch break to figure it all out :).
lost nearly 2 stone last year by drinking Tesco light choices shakes for breakfast and lunch, and a (relatively) healthly dinner, snacking on fruit during the day, going to try for another 2 stone this year.
weight loss is slowing down so need to hike up on exercise.

Out of interest, how long did it take you to lose the 2 stones using Tesco Light Choices?
 
Hi lili, good luck loosing your next 2 stone! You have done great already, just out of intrest what are the light choice shakes, milkshakes? and how long did it take?

I started at the end of September so 3-4 months to loose 2 stone, i was just having tesco light choices milkshake for breakfast and lunch and snacking on LOADS of fruit and having normal eve meal.. only difference was i used one cal spray instead of oil if i was frying anything.
