as the title says...i feel c**p...just i think i have ate too much but i havent really just 1500 cals approx...and did exercise cycle so would have lost say 250 + at least but i dont know why i feel guilty & i am hungry...maybe its cos i lost 5lb and got down to an exact stone..so hoping it will go down ...i dont know ..:cry:hoping i have got the insentive now to carry (the addiction to weith loss) on loosing as i felt so good before seeing the scales go down...maybe i got the bug for loosing weight and should be glad that i actually feel guilty for eating more than usual...normally it didnt bother m:(e but then first time scales have been down for me:eek:. ...think i am going mad ....do you ever feel like that?:wave_cry:

YES YES YES. when i loose weight i get sooooo paro that ill put it back on. if i loose a bit then ill weight myself all the time to make sure i havent put on. i have only offically lost weight [in my head] if i loose and stay the same for a few days silly really.
the thing is if you feel hungry you should eat.find a low cal snack that you like, carrots, cucumbers, apple. drink water.

but remember that you are loosing weight and thats what you want. but if u feel down when u put on a pound or two one week [it will happen eventually] u need to focus on staying focused and not bingeing because of the gain.

Maybe you feel guilty because it's possibly easier than you thought? Sometimes we have such a negative idea of diets it's hard to take in that you can eat and lose. I dunno.

If you are hungry, perhaps increase your protein. That will really help.

Carbs are good too, but can make you feel stuffed, followed by hungry unless you keep to the lower GI carbs.

I love almonds for a snack. Very good for you, full of protein, and take ages to eat :) They are always my solution for hunger between meals (unless I fancy something else that is :D) Oh, about 6 cals for a whole nut.

You are doing really well, so just relax and enjoy it :)

thank you for the support...:) feel a little better now..just had 200g of grapes...they were lush:D
deffo not eating makes me loopy:wave_cry:
