Bowyers sausages and Milk

Cannot live on just the 250 semi skilled milk a day so I need to add the same amount but as a Syn. Tried to work it out but cannot so can someone tell me the syns for 250mls please.

Does anyone know what the syn value for the 1% milk is as well?

Also tucked into some 5% Bowyers sausages but is it 4 syns each on a green day or 4 syns for the whole pack.

Original 1 Syns

Green 4 Syns
I would read that as 4 syns per sausage ​

forgot to put the sainsburys 1% milk is the same as Wisemans infact its the same stuff in a different colour bottle

sausages are just evil i love em but they are so bad for you ive switched my affections to bacon now i have bacon n mash instead

Wasn't there a Free sausage on a red day? Thats good about the Sainsburies milk because I walk past that shop most days. Yup sausages ain't worth the syns, must confess I ate 4 of them, well it was breakfast. I have the syns but that eats into the ones I'm saving up for a treat on WI night.

(ps have noticed the Syn posts so I'll remember in future).

I think the morrissons eat smart sausages are free on a red day but i dunno what they taste like as they are always sold out
