can I use a little bit of cinnamon in my choc shakes?

mmmmm that sounds niceeee. is cinammon a spice on its own or is it a mix of sumthing? cos if its a spice on its own then maybe its ok.. er...does that make sense?

I have just whisked up a peppermint tea with the chocolate and one sweetner, it was lovely. Might even try it tomorrow without the sweetner.
Cinamon sounds lovely with the chocolate, I am eager to see if anyone knows.

I've been putting cinnamon and a sweetener in my vanilla shakes for ages and it hasn't seemed to affect my losses. Check 'em out!
