Starting my slimming world diet today as I've gained a stone over the past 7 months being over indulgent. I want to lose two stone in total. Thought I'd start a diary and keep a list of what I eat:
08/01/2009
Breakfast
Natural low fat yogurt
2 X Bananas
4 X Satsumas
Lunch
Brown bread roll
3 x low fat laughing cow cheeses
A whole punnet of cherry toms
I'll have a banana this afternoon.
Tea
I'm making a aubergiene, mushroom and potato curry with rice. I will be eating a 1/4 of a can of coconut milk within that and a little curry paste but I think that should be ok (I haven't read the slimming world book for a long so have to do that tonight).
