Does anyone know the recipe for Syn-Free crisps?

I know it involves pasta, a grill and some stock cubes. I used to make them quite frequently whilst on Slimming World last year however, I stopped going and unfortunately my memory isn't that great. I'm due to join again tomorrow and I'd really love to know the recipe as Crisps are definately my weakness! Thanks. xx
 
When I did SW in the past I sliced potatoes very thinly, sprayed them with frylite,flavoured them & blasted them in the micro-wave(can't remember how long for though), they were just like crisps!!

I remember they used to sell a separater for the crisps in class, which was basically a microwave circular gadget, with slits to drop the slices in. Think it made a nice few.

Chucked it out though, in one of my many clear outs, will have to try & find another one somewhere!!

There is still some debate over the lasagne "dorito" crisps, but I have them every now and again and they havent effected my weight loss.
Pre-heat oven to around 200.
Parboil some lasagne sheets in salted water until soft. Cut in triangles or any shape you want and put on a baking tray sprayed with frylight. I sprinkle mine with salt, others on here have used seasoning.
Put in oven and watch as they crisp up really quickly!!!!
Delicious!
I dip mine into cottage cheese with onion and herbs.
