Week 7 weigh in - a little disappointed

Hey all,

Below is my weight loss to date (converted to lbs as i don't like working in kgs). So I can explain the weeks where I've lost less than I had been before. Either its 'that time again' or Christmas. Christmas Day I ate loads but went straight back on LT Boxing Day and still managed to lose 0.5kg that week.

But this week I've not cheated, I've upped my excercise to 5 30/40min sessions on the treadmill and upped my water from 2.5 to 3 litres (not including hot drinks) so thought I was doing better than usual but only lost 1kg.

Am I expecting a bit too much? I just feel that I could lose 2lbs a week doing any low fat diet. Just got me a bit disheartened, hopefully its a blip and next week it'll be better.


Start Weight = 15, 4.5
Week 1 - 12.1 = 14, 6.5
Week 2 - 4.4 = 14, 2
Week 3 - 4.4 = 13, 12
Week 4 - 2.2 = 13, 10
Week 5 - 4.4 = 13, 5
Week 6 - 1.1 = 13, 4
Week 7 - 2.2 = 13,2

Its prob down to the whole that time again.. you'll make up for it the week after.. Thing with other diets being will you lose 2lbs on them? this diet is so strict that you'll always lose.. other ones u can really get wayward.. I guess.. dont have any experience there tho!

Keep with it.. it'll work!
 
Like loulou says you are getting closer to your goal. Well done for any weight loss over this time of year. Keep going well done! XX

Ollie you're right I may be able to lose 2lb on another diet but I wouldn't stick to it week on week like I have with LT. I need something strict to keep me in line ;)

I'm still determined to get to goal so I'm picking myself up and getting on with it :)
 
As everyone has said ya are close to your diet so keep going hun and overall weight loss is good. Sometimes when we have totm ya have a smaller loss but ya always pick up the next week too. Dont let it dishearten ya and look to what ya have left to get to target, all the best hun
