Newbie-ish

Hello everyone

I thought it would be a good idea to say hello as I am joining my local SW group on Wednesday evening and you guys seem so lovely and accommodating

I am not really a newbie to Mini's as have been on here before but on the CD forum! Have yo-yo'd with CD that many times that I have decided to give it up and make a fresh start with SW and a new ID! New head and all that

So that's me. I am sure that I will be about a lot more.

Hey you're in the same boat as me. I'm a complete atkins addict but end up eating pasta and giving up so I thought with the mix of red and green days sw would be perfect!!

I have done SW before and did well on it with mainly red days so fingers crossed for this time too!
