Hey guys, just wanted to congratulate all of you that have lost weights, its not easy and keeping it off is harder.
I have been on the cambridge diet before and lost 1st7lb, but have put lots back on over christmas.
I am starting again today with good intentions.
Could you share with me so tips with me on how to not give into yourself???? sometime I eat not because im hungry I just fancy eating something bad!!! my biggest down fall is chocolate!!! hence why all of my shakes are chocolate lol
