Hi all

Just thought I'd stick my head above the parapet and let you know that I'm another one starting tomorrow. New Year, Monday and all that!

I lost 2 stones last year through CD and gave up due to pure laziness and lack of willpower. However, I'm back in motivator mode now and am determined to get to goal in the next few months.

Good luck both of you. I started new years day and so far so good.
This diet is great and i do feel much healthier on it. I know for a fact i dont get my 5 a day and associated vitamins.
Hope it goes well!
