Hello

I've just found this board when I did a Google on 'actify' & 'Slimming World'.

I belong to another forum as well and I recognise one or two names on here .

I've lost 2 stone since May but am going to stop fannying around and shift a good proportion of the 8 I have left to lose by the end of 2009.
