I am on day 2 today.
When I last did a VLCD, nothing as good as Cambridge I suffered from constipation. My CDC told me about fibre89 but I didnt think to get any at the time.
I'm sure I read somewhere that some people used fibresure instead of fibre89. When looking in the shop last night I saw fibresure and benefiber next to one another in exactly the same shaped pots. I was just wondering if either these are ok to use when SSing?
