I AM dieting from 5.1.09 !!!!

Hi,
I am starting my diet on Monday 5.01.09!!!! Aaaaarrgh!!!

I have half heartedly been on diets before but this is the year I need to be serious about losing the weight. I saw myself for the first time recently in a nearly full legnth mirror at a hotal we were staying in before Xmas - needless to say I wasn't very happy with what I saw!!:cry:Anyway I am hoping to be able to log on here from work and home and receive some much needed support and encouragement from you guys - and also for me to be able to do the same for you!!!

I have been quite good over the Christmas holidays too - not going mad on the choccies and mince pies as I normally do - so this in itself has encouraged me. I am starting my first class on 5.1.09 and before the class I am going to start some excercising at home. I hope to hear from somebody soon. Luv Lesley x

hi lesley best of luck there is lots of support on here. this is a link to the ww section of the site, you posted in the cd bit it hard to find you way around at first but you will feel at home in no time
