Hi Everyone,

Its a rare occasion i can actually use the internet a work today as it is xmas eve there is hardly anyone in the office to see me.... he he

Just wanted pop in and say HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!:26:

Your all doing so well!! Will be getting internet at home in jan so will be back in the loop... yay!! I am still going with my weight loss and am happy to say the scales are going down and i intend to keep it up in 09!
