Excess skin...

i am really excited (and a little nervous obviously) about my planned gastric bypass on 14th january...but i am a little concerned about excess skin...what can i do to help lessen it, if anything? excercise? creams? or is it definatly further surgery???

Hiya. It's the kinda question I reckon you need to adopt a 'wait and see' attitude to maybe. I am worried about loose skin too but now I think to myself well it won't kill me like the fat can lol.

I am gonna have gbp too, no date yet, am waiting til the new year.

Hard to say how much you'll end up with but from what I have heard, if you massage the skin with vitamin e cream that will help keep it supple.
