Im here again after a short sojourn...

Well I was around, but went AWOL for a good few weeks and have been 50% doing DC due to so much chritmasey stuff going on.

I have restarted today in my mind and am giving myself a realistic chance by allowing myself Christmas Day, New Years eve and my Bday off the DC(4th Jan). But apart from that its full steam ahead.

The food is so nice that I have no issues in eating it and dont get hungry - its just such a busy social time of year which is my downfall!

Anywho Ill be back with updates after christmas...

Looking forward to see how you get on. I have finally started and am enjoying it so far. I am working all day christmas so i dont really have the temptation of a christmas lunch. xx
