Guy - Before and Week 16 pics. Over 6 and a half stone lighter!

Hi guys. Well it's been 16 weeks so I figure it's time to post some pics. I think I better explain the T shirt first. I bought it blind from ebay about 6 months ago and it was supposed to be a XXL. Well, it was like a wetsuit. I would never wear anything that tight in public but, as it was the smallest piece of clothing I owned, I thought it would make a funny before pic lol. I remember saying to myself that I'd never be able to wear it in public but this weekend, I did!

First pics were taken on the 26th of August at 21 stone 7lbs. The second lot are week 16 at 14stone 13lbs. Over 6 and a half stone lighter!

The before pics freak me out!

Wow, that's amazing. You look like a different person! My husband has been doing LL for 2 weeks - he was the same starting weight as you and wants to get to around 15 stone, so pretty much the same. I've just shown him your pics for some much needed inspiration and motivation.

Well done and thanks for posting your pics.

Thanks everyone for your very kind comments. I still have a little way to go before I hit goal (6lbs by my scales) and am going to continue abstaining until week 20 and start RTM on week 21 (15th Jan). I want to build in a bit of contingency. :)

I still can't believe my before photos. Actually I can. What I can't believe is how much denial I was in. I never thought I was that big. The pics without the top on are the real shocker but they'll never see the light of day I can promise you that!

I plan on posting some more pics when I reach goal. I've kept the suit I was wearing to work when I started for my after pics. I look like a little kid wearing my dad's clothes! Scary but funny. :)
 
Guy!!! You look like a teenager in your after pics!!! Seriously, you look so much younger now.... well done you, you must be sooo proud of your achievement!!
