Ex Cambridger......now Slimming World returner!

Hi peeps, I'm getting ready to re-join SW on 29th Dec. I text my old sw leader and I desperatewly need to go back there. I had my works do on Friday night and although I've always had every intention of doing something in the new year.....I saw my photos and have decided that it's gonna be before this year has even ended! I don't bother with new year so that isn't gonna be a problem for me.
However these pics from the other night!!!!!!!!! I look like I've been super inflated via a tube up my rear end with a never ending pump!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO...........NO MORE FADS.....

GOOD SENSIBLE EATING from now on with a GOOD SENSIBLE REALISTIC LOSS week by week.

Thanks ladies.....I've done it before and i can't believe i didn't stick to it cos I was doing so well. But I think it was the temptation of super fast weight loss with Cambridge that tempted me there.....but here I am a stone heavier anyway!!!!!!!!! x

Hi and good luck with SW. I think a lot of people want as you say a quick fix but at some point you have to eat real food so may aswell go that road in the first place. SW seems to have such a great success rate for those that stick to the plan that it must be doing something right

Welcome welcome welcome. Good for you deciding to join SW again. I hate the 'moment of reality' thing that you get from photos, its a real jolt, but it's going to work to your advantage now.
