How to turn a thread into a 'Sticky thread'?

Hi,

Wonder if one of you lovely ladies/men could tell me how we go about getting a tread made into a 'Sticky Thread'? I assume I need to PM someone, but not too sure who as I can't seem to see who the Forum leader is for LL?

Would love to start a 'Jan Starters' sticky.

Hey - just start one (as I did with Aug starters) and once it gains popularity, a moderator/admin will come along and make it sticky
