ok to follow up my 5 weeks of only losing 1lb and i somehow managed to gain.... 3LB!!!!!
what the flip is that about :confused::(

i dont understand it i haven't even been naughty iv stuck to my syns and i never have over 10 syns a day i weigh everything properly i dont guess or anything...

so im totally blarghed it took my 5 week to lose 5lb and now in 1 week of being good on my diet i have backtracked 3 weeks! :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
 
Are you drinking enough as well? Also, our bodies can be funny things and it could be that your body is in a bit of shock at your new eating regime and is holding onto your weight.

It could also be that your eating too many carbs. It may be worthwhile (if you don't already) having a few red days. I know that it does help when people shake things up a bit.

There was a lady at group who had stuck to it 100% and she gained 5lbs!!! She stuck with it and then next week she lost 9lbs. It was obviously her body having a funny turn. Keep at it, and try and change things to give yourself a bit of a boost.
 
hey susie and spaceangel thanks for replying, i am definately eating enough and drinking lots, i have been doing this for a few years so its not new to my body i cant do a red day cos im a vegetarian but i try not to eat to many carbs and filling up on things like fruit, veg, eggs, beans stuff like that. i really appreciate u trying to think of stuff ill just have to keep my fingers crossed for next week then maybe i will lose 4 that would be nice :) i just feel at the minute like im banging my head against a brick wall
 
Defo think you have reached a plateau. This can go on for weeks for no reason whatsoever, then all of a sudden, the weightloss kicks in again. It can only take just 1 change to kick start you loosing again.

You could try having a high syn meal after WI and then back to normal the next day. I do this every week and have lost, the only weeks I have not lost that much is when I havn't had my naughty night (so to speak).
