hi im due to start the lighterlife plan in jan 09 just wondered if anyone has done it recently or starting it in jan too any advice or help would be grateful.

youve made a great decision, stick about and let us know how you get one. There are quite a few already posting on here that are due to start in jan so go on the jan starters thread. This is a great site and will help you through the good and bad times.
