Any vegan slimmers out there ?

I have been vegetarian for years and am at the point where the only dairy I have is milk in tea and cereal and egg is things like salad cream etc.
I would like to go from veggie to vegan and wondered if there are any vegans here with tips to help with the plan, especially a recommendation for soya milk as I have yet to find one I like.

Oh sorry I am not one ... but I used to have a lovely soya milk a few years ago and got it from Tesco and holland and barrett... now I just need to remember the name of it.

grrr age! Let me have a quick look on the net as I tried loads and loads and many got wasted.... nope sorry had a good look and couldn't see it.

i was a vegan for a while when i was younger not v v strict but no milk or eggs etc, i think soya milk mings myself but then i don't like normal milk lol. Good luck with it anyway plently of roasted veg for you XX
