omg its really nice have always avoided bran before as always thought it would be yuk but had some as hex this morning and lovely

Its lovely isn't it and you can have 42g so you get a bit more than some of the other cereals, i have mine with a sliced banana. xxx

I've been having this too. I stir as much as I can into my Activia yogurt (which is 3 1/2 syns, but I like it so I have it!) and then munch the rest of it dry as a snack!

its yellow and really nice and i also have it with sliced banana and some sweetener
