My measurements at 12.10 (before I started WW then moved to CD)

Bust: 36
Waist: 34.5
Hips (including mahooosive spare tyre at biggest part): 43
Top of arm at widest point: 16
2/3 way up thigh at widest point: 23

Now (having lost 12lbs)

Bust: 33
Waist: 31
Hips: 41
Top of arm: 13
2/3 way up thigh: 22

So now I've lost 12.5ins what a difference 12lbs makes! Happy days! And I actually have a waist now

Great to be reminded that we may not always see the results on the scales that we want but we need to measure ourselves because of the inch loss!

hehe thanks guys! lol cat yeah looks like i'm gonna have a nice hourglass figure when all this is over and done with! just need to get a bit in proportion now! x
