Syns value question - mincepie and sausages!

I've had a small homemade mince pie today, what are the syns likely to be? I think it said 11 somewhere but not sure?

Also are there any sausages other than quorn ones that are free on a red day or is it just bowyers or similar are 1 syn each?

Don't know about mice pies - I daren't have one as I may not stop...
Syn free sausages on a red day - I notice you're from Manchester. Do you know where Oswaldtistle Mills is in Hyndburn? There's a butchers in the mills that does loads of syn free SW stuff - its all endorsed by SW - sausages, burgers, meatballs etc. He's even done some chipolatas for Christmas dinner! Bit of a trek for you, but if you can get there, you could stock up your freezer!
 
Ooh, I did a search to find the butchers you mentioned, got the website but they don't deliver. Have found Joes Sausages though which is also SW certified and they've got lots of sausages and burgers that are syn free too! Just ordered a load to stock up but will try the Oswaldtwistle Mills place on a day out some time too - thanks a bunch it's just the sort of food y'want that's easy and comforting at this time of year but is still good for the dieting lark lol
 
Wow - i work really near to oswaldtwistle mills - will have to pop there - cooool!
 
The chap from the butchers comes every 2 weeks to our class so I can stock up - freezer is full of the flippin things!
 
Sounds lush - will i find him easy enough? Whats he called?
 
Excellent - my freezer is pretty chocker at moment but when I've got some space, will get ye there!!!

Turkey and veg meatballs in sauce (3.5 syns per pack)

mmmmmm, my mouth is watering!!! I am going to try and eat up some of the meat in the freezer this week and get there!! Was planning on doing some red days this week anyway!!
 
anyone know any butchers in leeds city centre that do endorsed sw sausages
