With lots of red day goodness lol I want to make a few of those freezable meals from the last SW magazine so I've got a few well behaved things to eat over christmas, off work with m'son for the two weeks which will have it's pros and cons for body shrinkage 
Hoping there's not too many tempting things about, I'm going to make those SW 'chocolates' with scanbran and nutella today to have this evening, hope the thought of those will keep me well behaved during the day lol
