IM ILL NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hi everyone, right im ill, im starting to lose my voice, i think ive got a chest infection (my snot and flem is a very dark yellow) and ive already thrown up twice this morning. So i think ive got a cold/the flu.

Now i really really want to stick to this diet, ive done my first week and im so proud ive stuck to it so is there anything i can take to get rid of it which will be within the Cambridge diet.

Any help would be really really good

Aww sorry to hear you are feeling rough, when I was poorly, I took paracetomol and Robitussen (diabetic cough medicine) for my chest.

Make sure you get plenty of rest hun.
